Getting Started
Bizrate Rewards is an invite-only platform that allows members to earn rewards for sharing their insights and opinions. The majority of our invited members have previously completed an e-commerce satisfaction survey provided by Bizrate Insights – our parent company. If you have opted-in through Bizrate Insights survey, check your e-mail inbox, your invite should be there. If you haven’t, you can request an invitation on our homepage (www.bizraterewards.com)
We’re excited to offer you great selection of eGift cards from big brands that you love and trust! As soon as you earn 5,000 coins you can start redeeming them for rewards.
Bizrate Rewards is free for members. We only ask that you provide thoughtful and honest answers to our survey questions.
We want to match you with the right survey and give you the best opportunity to earn rewards. We use your answers to these questions to connect you with market research studies interested in hearing from people just like you.

If you wish to change your email, you will need to cancel your current account and set up a new one. We know this is a bit extreme, but we take fraud prevention seriously and this is a crucial safety feature of our program. Participation in Bizrate Rewards is currently limited to members residing in the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

My Bizrate Reward Points
Your point balance is included in every email we send. You can also check your balance by logging into your account here.
We do everything possible to provide an accurate point balance, but if you have questions regarding your balance please email us at bizraterewardssurveys@bizrate.com.
In most cases your points will be deposited into your account immediately after you successfully complete a survey. There are instances, however, where it may take up to 72 hours for your balance to be updated.
Within every emailed survey invitation there is a link to redeem your points. After receiving 5,000+ points, you can redeem them for eGift cards by clicking on that link. You may also redeem from your homepage by logging in at www.bizraterewards.com/login.
You will receive anywhere from 5 points to 5,000 points per survey-depending on a specific survey’s length and subject.
As long as you continue to answer surveys accurately and honestly you will earn points in our program.
No. Once you have the gift code, it never expires.
As long as you are active (responding to our emails and cashing in your points), your points will not expire! If you do not earn and/or redeem any points for an entire calendar year, your Bizrate Reward account will expire (and your entire point balance lost). For example, if 500 points are deposited to your account in November 2021, and you do not use any points or have points deposited to your account for an entire 12 months (November 2021 to November 2022), your account and all available points will be deleted on or about January 1, 2022.
About the Surveys
You can expect to receive up to 2 survey opportunities from us via e-mail per week. If you are interested in taking more surveys you can always do so by logging into your homepage at www.bizraterewards.com.
We know your time is valuable so we try to pair you with surveys that can be completed in between 5 and 30 minutes. Generally speaking, the longer a survey takes to complete the more points you will receive as a reward for completing it.

Cancelling Membership
We never want to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your Bizrate Rewards membership simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of your survey invitation e-mails.
You can not transfer or retain your points if you choose to cancel your Bizrate Rewards account. Any points you do not redeem before cancelation will be forfeited. If you have questions regarding your balance please email us at bizraterewardssurveys@bizrate.com.
